The Vidalia City Board of Education has tentatively adopted a 2021 millage rate which will require an increase in property taxes for Montgomery County by 2.36 percent. Toombs County's millage rate will not require an increase. Without this tentative tax increase, the millage rate will be no more than 14.51 mills.
